This Privacy Policy applies to services provided by DropE™, operated by DropE Unlimited Canada Corp., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada. 60 Second Leads™ | Canada is a brand operated by the Company.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

We may also collect website and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and analytics data.

We do not sell personal information.

4. SMS Program Terms

60 Second Leads provides automated SMS infrastructure to businesses. When a phone number is submitted through a form operated by one of our clients, the consumer consents to receive SMS communications directly from that business. 60 Second Leads does not send marketing messages directly to consumers.

Clients are responsible for obtaining prior express written consent where required and for complying with applicable laws and carrier requirements, including CASL, TCPA, and A2P 10DLC rules.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted providers strictly for service operation, including Stripe, Twilio, Zapier, Google Forms or web forms, Carrd, GoDaddy, and Netlify.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures, but no method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, and deletion of personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.

10. Business Client Data Processing

In cases where we process information collected by our business clients, the business client is responsible for obtaining consent from its own customers and for determining the lawful basis for processing.

11. International Data Transfers

Some third-party providers may process or store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

12. Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, and maintain security.

13. Governing Law

Terms of Service

Service terms, billing rules, and client responsibilities.

1. Services

60 Second Leads provides automated SMS lead response setup and monthly SMS notification services. Service activation begins after successful payment and submission of required onboarding information.

Service typically begins within 24–48 business hours after complete onboarding information is received, and may in rare cases take up to five business days.

2. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee is $497 CAD and is covered by a 14-Day Risk-Free Guarantee on the setup fee only.

Implementation work may begin immediately upon payment and may include automation workflow creation, SMS provider configuration, phone number provisioning, website form integration, and compliance-related configuration.

3. Monthly Subscription

The monthly service fee is $297 CAD, billed automatically on a recurring basis. Clients may cancel prior to the next billing date to prevent future charges.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We may modify pricing with at least 30 days prior written notice.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility, limitations, and procedures are governed by the Refund Policy. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We improve lead response speed and automation efficiency, but do not guarantee revenue increases, conversions, ROI, or lead quality.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Provide accurate onboarding information
  • Correctly install provided code or script on the client website
  • Obtain lawful SMS consent
  • Comply with all applicable messaging laws

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. SMS Program Terms

Users may receive SMS communications related to lead confirmations, service notifications, account updates, and system alerts. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply.

Users may opt out by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@drope.ca.

9. Compliance & Messaging Laws

Clients are responsible for compliance with applicable regulations, including TCPA, CASL, and A2P 10DLC requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropE Unlimited Canada Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, outages, delivery delays, third-party provider failures, regulatory changes, or business loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Acceptable Use

The service may not be used for spam, fraudulent content, illegal products or services, harassment, or prohibited industries.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropE Unlimited Canada Corp. from claims arising from misuse of service, messaging law violations, failure to obtain consent, or third-party claims related to client communications.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, on an individual basis only.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on providers such as Stripe, Twilio, Zapier, Google Forms or web forms, Carrd, Godaddy, and Netlify.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Refund Policy

14-day setup fee guarantee and billing limits.

1. Setup Fee – 14-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

The one-time setup fee of $497 CAD is eligible for a full refund if a written refund request is submitted within fourteen calendar days from the original purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@drope.ca.

After fourteen calendar days from the purchase date, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscription

The monthly service fee of $297 CAD is billed automatically on a recurring basis and is non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

You may cancel prior to the next billing date to prevent future charges. Service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Chargebacks

If a charge appears to have been made in error, clients agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension, termination, or recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.

4. Exceptions

  • Failure to use the service
  • Failure to provide required access, credentials, or information
  • Delays caused by client non-responsiveness
  • Suspension due to violation of messaging laws or these Terms
